We are ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certified
Every one of our locations has been ISO 9001 certified for many years. Our high standards for monitoring and characterizing our raw materials and products are reflected in the certificates for our chemical laboratories, which are ISO 17025 accredited.

We strive for business excellence
Since 2000, we have operated under Total Quality Management (TQM), far exceeding ISO 9001 requirements. This includes alignment with the Business Excellence Model from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). We use an expanded range of criteria to gauge the performance of our QM system.

We define quality standards
We develop and use our own quality standards to continually improve and expand the central aspects of our QM system. There are quality standards in place for diverse core issues. These quality standards provide a general benchmark for the maturity level of the QM system used in our various business areas and locations. They also serve as binding, global guidelines for continuing to develop our QM system, making them a key part of our QM objectives.
